Blameless
Heavenly Father,
I thank you that I have been reconciled to you through the death of your son. I have been made holy and blameless and beyond reproach. I confess that my emotions don’t line up with reality. I am hard on myself for every time I fail to live up to what I think I should. Sometimes it is a sin, and sometimes I fail to live up to my unrealistic expectations. Help me love myself with the compassion that I so easily extend to others. When I confess my shortcomings, let them be forever cleansed that I might not continue to use them to flagellate myself. Again, I thank you for my right standing before the only judge that matters.
In the name of my propitiation. Amen.
