Body

Heavenly Father,

I pray for your bride, the church. She was chosen by you from before the foundation of the world to be yours. In your infinite grace, you have let me be a part of her. I pray for her unity. Would the many parts of the church function together to be your body. Let the love we have for each other overflow as an unignorable witness to the lost around us. Guide us, as our head, to the places you would have us work. Instruct us in your truth that we would have a proper perspective on who you are. Move us progressively toward greater purity and peace that we will be prepared for our wedding day in heaven.
