Forgiveness

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your forgiveness. The pardon of my sins was bought at great price, a price you paid willingly. I am blessed now to stand before you without blemish or need to hide. Don’t let me neglect confession, allowing myself to waste away once again. Let me quickly turn back to you when I sin, agreeing with you about the offense and being filled with a desire to live according to your law. May everyone who you have redeemed offer up their prayers. You hear our prayers and are not slow to act. Grant us patience as we await your resolution to all of our concerns. Teach me more and more to follow in your paths. As I gaze on you, fill me with the wisdom to know the right thing to do and the will to do it. We rejoice in the God who loves us, bought us, and will save us.
