Made Righteous

Heavenly Father,

You are God; beside you there are no others. You are marvelous to behold. Your power is beyond measure—your goodness knows no bounds. Your love has no limits. I am but a creature inhabiting your creation. Yet you take note of me. Indeed you love me. I am an unclean being in a land of unclean beings. Yet you forgive and wash me white as snow. My guilt, which formerly debilitated me, has been removed and replaced with joy. I feel unworthy, but you who judge worth have deemed me worthy. It is beyond my understanding, but such are your ways. I can do nothing but rejoice and praise. Nothing I do adds to the manifest perfection imputed to me, but neither does anything take away from it. I am secure in your loving presence. My soul cries out to you, “daddy.” Continue to renew my mind and transform my heart. Keep yourself first in my affections as I go throughout my day. Protect my fragile life from temptation.

In the only name given under heaven by which men can be saved. Amen.
