Open to You

Heavenly Father,

Open my eyes to your surpassing glory. Open my mind to your great wisdom. Open my heart to your unending love. May the beauty of your visage ignite my passions. May the mysteries of your will enthrall my faculties. May the vastness of your grace enflame my affections. I delight in you, my rock and redeemer. Deepen my delight as we continually commune. Be present in my body, mind, and heart throughout the day. Make every thought, word, and deed an act of holy worship unto you. Let my thoughts be saturated with good and praiseworthy things. Let my words be seasoned with your grace and truth. Let my deeds be defined by love and justice. Immerse me in your grace. Drench me in your truth. Cause me to overflow with your divine love into the fallen world around me. Forgive me when I fail to live up to your law. Restore me once again. Set my feet upon the path you have called me to walk. Guide and guard me.
