Overwhelmed

Heavenly Father,

I turn to you this morning. A long day is coming. I don’t have eloquent words. I feel overwhelmed. Comfort me this morning. Wrap your loving arms around me so that I may feel your presence. I honestly feel like I am wasting time I could be using for work. Reach me in spite of myself. Convince me that you are better than anything else. Open my heart to your love and my mind to your truth. Speak peace into my soul that I may rest in you today. It is good for a man to bear the yoke while he is young. I must bear my yoke today.
