Praise the Glorious One

Heavenly Father,

Praise your name. You are the glorious one, the only living God. I come before you with a thankful heart. You have been gracious to me throughout my life. You have steeped my mind in your word from my youth. You have given me a family that rejoices in walking in your ways. Having ordained my salvation before the foundation of the world, you brought me out of death and into your marvelous life. Praise your name. I am confident that the grace you have poured out will continue for the rest of my days. I entreat you to fill me with the love and self-control I need to be the man you have called me to be.
