Sabbath

Heavenly Father,

This is the day that you have made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. This is a day set aside to rest. This is the day given to man by you that we might mirror your rhythm of creation. Let us use it well. Help us to remember it and keep it holy. May it be set apart for fellowship, worship, reflection, and fun. Give us the gift of a memorable experience of your presence today. Reach out to all of those who believe you are distant and show them that you are closer than they can imagine. Touch the hearts of your people and kindle their passion for loving you and those you have placed around them. May you be glorified this day throughout the world.
