Thirst for you Word

Heavenly Father,

I want to know your Word better. I long to memorize it, study it, and love it. Overcome my sloth that doesn't want to engage. Fill me with your truth that I may live for you. Take my foolishness and give me wisdom. May I start with the fear of you. Inspire me to meditate on your law day and night. Point me to yourself through your written revelation. Don’t let me ever get puffed up with knowledge. Make my clearer view of who you are and who I am lead me into godly humility. Let the Word I have hidden in my heart fill me with love.
