Transformation

Heavenly Father,

You are the Lord of heaven and earth.  Every facet of your character is worthy of infinite praise.  What am I that you care for me at all?  I am  but dust.  But you breathed your spirit into that dust.  I am now animated by a spirit made in your likeness.  When I encounter you the spirit inside of me leaps in excited recognition like a lost child when found by his mother.  Fill my spirit with your very presence.  Transform my character to align with yours.  Pour out your love into my heart that it may become a stream of living water.  Show me mercy that I may abound in mercy.  Teach me justice that I may work to make the world better than brand new.
