Turbulent

Heavenly Father,

In you do I take refuge in this turbulent time. You are my comfort and my God. Help me to find my rest in you. The anxiety stirs within me. It spins in my chest and agitates in my stomach. You are greater than any emotional feeling or physical sensation. In your sovereignty, take it away from me. Make me free to rejoice with a clear head and sound body.
