Heavenly Father,
Mighty Lord of heaven and earth, compassionate Son who takes away the sin of the world, Holy Spirit who illuminates our minds and points us to God, to you I come this morning. My thoughts are jumbled. I don’t know whether to praise the wonders of your love that exceed any earthly measure, to thank you for the boundless blessings you shower on us in this life, or beg you to overcome our sin and doubt and draw us close to you. The depth of your glory cannot be sounded. The extent of your blessings cannot be numbered. Our need for you can never be fathomed. So I ask the Holy Spirit to continue to offer prayers for us with groaning too deep for words.
In the name of him who knew no sin. Amen.
